Subscriber, member, visitor or user of the site, will not hold the site, site owner(s), operators and or webmasters, billing company, banking facillitys, gateway or credit card companies responsible or liable for the materials found on this site and the reactions viewing these material may cause.


Subscriber will not hold the site, site owner(s), operators and or webmasters, billing company, banking facillitys, gateway or credit card companies responsible or liable in case of technical issues that prevent the site from being operational.

Definitions :

"Site". The internet site from which you are purchasing a membership in order to access that site and view it's contents.
"Member". The subscriber and user of a valid username and password during the term of the membership. End user.
"User". The one using the site, subscriber or not,any person entering the site is considered a user.
"Login". The combination of username and Password in order to access the site. Login is also a licence to use the site for a period of time.
"Bookmarking" Placing a webpage (URL) into a temporary file on the Subscribers browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly.
"Subscriber" The person who purchased a subscription to the website.


Billing. All charges will discreetly appear as RH Productions on your credit card statement. Subscription fees. Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current terms of the Site.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once your username and password have been used to access the Site. Recurring Billing. Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected until the subscriber cancels.


Your Membership, username and password (login), may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform the Site of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password.


Unacceptable use policy :


The site reserves the right to block any Username and/or Password in case of abuse, misuse or unacceptable use of the site. for a undefined amount of time without any notification to the subscriber. Our software will automatically block Usernames and Passwords for 24 hours if more logins are detected from a set amount (to determine by the site) of subnets.

The use of image downloaders, webvacuums is prohibited and will cause your account to be blocked.

Termination/Cancelation :


Subscriber may terminate the recurring membership at any time by sending a cancellation request to our customer service department, or the customer service service department of the billing company functioning as sales agent for the site. Subscriber may also cancel the subscription himself by following this cancel link or by writing to angelique@stacys-dungeon.com
Subscriber understands, and grants the site's administrators 4 business days to cancel the account if the site's customerservice department is used to enter a cancellation request. When contacting customerservice, subscriber will provide the appropriate information to enable customer service to cancel the account. This information needs to consist of username/password, or subscription ID number and the billing company used.

The site may terminate the subscriber when the site feels that subscriber has subjected the site to misuse, abuse, or when there is proof of password sharing which will be a breach of the terms of the membership to the site.
No refunds will be issued if the site terminates the membership.


Refund Policy :


Once a Username and Password is used to access the site, NO refunds will be issued at any time by the site.
A refund may still be requested at the representing sales agent, but may also have the consequense that the subscribers credit card will be blocked to prevent further purchases using the representing billing company.


Downloading and viewing :


The membership is a single copy licence to use the site and view it's contents for the subscribers own personal viewing pleasure. Commercial use of the materials found on the site is stricktly prohibited. In addition, you may not modify any of the materials found on the Site; use them for any public display, performance, sale or rental; remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or transfer any material located on the Site to any other person or entity.

All materials on the Site are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. The Site’s materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without written permission.

Appropriate materials :
